information about noni juice?
The INCC publishes all information on the INCC.org
web site and in a monthly newsletter.
What are the constituents
and ingredients of noni juice?
Each brand of noni juice contains different ingredients.
Some noni products are better than others. Some
are made up of 100% pure noni juice, some have added
other natural juices for flavourings, and still
others have dried and dehydrated noni added to an
artificially flavoured solution. There are also
capsules, tablets and teas you can take that are
made from noni. In order to pick the product right
for you, study the nutritional facts panel and ingredients
statements on the back of the package. (Note: most
all of the research that has been conducted has
been with a liquid noni product).
What is the basic nutritional
breakdown of noni juice?
Depending on what product you buy, the basic nutritional
breakdown will be different. Although Morinda Citrifolia
does have many beneficial properties, it is not
a significant source of vitamins and minerals. Among
other things, it has been show to be a good antioxidant.
Each noni product does have Morinda citrifolia
in it, but the amount of noni in each product varies
dramatically. The nutritional facts panel and ingredient
statements provide the best insight. If you are
unsure about a particular ingredient contact the
company directly.
